Primarily used in mid-block locations, JSFT’s solar-powered single or dual-head crosswalk beacons are available in 8’’ or 12’’ models. The beacons quickly install onto post tops or mast arms. Expensive and time-consuming trenching, cabling, cabinets and AC power connections are completely avoided, although our hybrid beacons can accept AC power. Purposely designed for extreme climate, our systems are rugged and reliable. Our unique design minimises the likelihood for theft by discretely and securely housing the solar panels, controller and batteries.
