The Pedestrian Activated Remote transmitter is used to wirelessly activate one or more flashing beacons. Mounted on its own separate pole, it is connected to a pedestrian push button or other activation device, and can communicate with flashing beacons up to ½ mile away, with line-of-sight. It is primarily designed for use in locations where the flashing beacons are not in the same location as the point of activation, and a button or other activation device must be powered autonomously. Alternatively, the remote transmitter can also be used as a range extender, if needed (please contact us with your specific installation scenario).
